The rules for using Kith.

What Kith is

Kith is a relationship-and-reputation operating layer for executive headhunters. With your permission it brings your own email, calendar, contacts, meeting notes, and CRM exports together into a private relationship graph, then surfaces briefs, recall, and warm-up nudges and helps you draft content in your own voice. The service is operated from the UK by the Kith team.

Your account

You need a valid email address and, to populate your network, a connected mailbox (Google or Microsoft). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think it's been compromised.

Your data and the people in it

Kith works with information about the people you know. By connecting a source or uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to process that data for your own business relationship management, and you agree to handle it lawfully — including any applicable data-protection obligations to the people in your network.

What we ask you not to do

We ask you not to use Kith to:

• Ingest or store data about people you have no legitimate relationship with, or that you don't have the right to process.
• Send unsolicited bulk outreach (spam) or harass anyone.
• Reverse-engineer the service, scrape data systematically, or use the API / MCP connection to circumvent normal rate limits.
• Impersonate other people or businesses.
• Distribute malware or run security exploits through the service.

We can suspend or close an account that violates the above, at our discretion. We'll explain why when we do.

Your content

Your contacts, conversation history, notes, signals, voice samples, rules, and drafts are yours. We store them so the service works and we expose them to Claude on your behalf when you ask it to. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train models or for anything beyond running Kith for you (see privacy).

Third-party services

Kith relies on Clerk (auth), Anthropic (the Claude AI that reads and drafts), Google and Microsoft (email, calendar, and contacts ingestion), Vercel (hosting + analytics), Neon (database), and Resend (email). Their availability, rate limits, and terms are out of our control — when a third party goes down, features depending on it go down too. We'll communicate via the app when we can.

Beta and pricing

Kith is in beta. While in beta, the service is free and we may release breaking changes, change features, or pause the service without notice. We'll tell you before introducing paid tiers; nothing you currently use will quietly start charging.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no specific guarantee during beta. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind beyond what UK law requires us to provide. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using or being unable to use the service (e.g. a contact you meant to reach but didn't, a missed opportunity) beyond what UK law mandates.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We remove your profile, relationship graph, connected-source records, tokens, and drafts within 30 days. Data already living in your own mailbox, calendar, or CRM stays there — it's your data, not ours.

We may close an account that's in clear violation of these terms (see “What we ask you not to do”). We'll email you when we do and you'll have a chance to export anything you need.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page when the product or our obligations change. Material changes (anything that shrinks your rights or expands ours) will be flagged via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes that we can't resolve over email go to the courts of England and Wales.
